JOIN A HOME GROUP:

Home groups are a great way to plug in and meet people. Each group is geographically structured to make getting to a home group easy. Our home group meetings are time of fellowship, food (snacks) and focus. Our discussions focus on themes within Sunday morning messages or important things the Lord is saying to River of Life.

Here are some common questions we hear about home groups at River of Life. If we’ve missed something, let us know! You’re probably not the only one with that question, so asking us will help us help you and future guests.

WHERE TO MEET

For information about the group that meets in your area, please contact Lanre Judah.

Email: lanreolotu@hotmail.com

WHAT TO WEAR:

Come casual. Wear your jeans, a pair of khakis, or cargo shorts; whatever you’re most comfortable in! Our concern isn’t what’s on the outside, but what’s on inside. Come as you are. Jesus accepts us as we are when we come to Him. Why shouldn’t we?

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We meet promptly on Wednesdays at 7:00pm in order to be respectful of people’s time. Our meetings general last about an hour and a half. Expect to spend time in worship at times, great conversation, spontaneous moment of worship and most importantly, expect to meet and get to know new people. Fellowship is the core of our home groups.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

We include River of Life kids in the home group meetings. We see value in letting them see us and participate in fellowship and focused conversation. We love our kids patiently and joyfully allow for distractions.
